Hi Josh!

I work in virtual healthcare so 99% of my day is spent emailing Doctors, Hospitals and Members. We use TE to standardize email communication by building Snppets which in turn helps the team to be more efficient especially with the repetitive tasks.

May want to do a little bit of transparency in that Textexpander is owned by Summit Partners, an organisation with 52 healthcare companies sat within its Portfolio. Based on that, hardly surprising you know many folk in the healthcare industry.

In addition to also using TE for building standardized language for email communications, we also use TE for building excel formulas for repetitive or common data analysis to share among team members who have a lower skill level in excel. We have found that using TE in these ways has not only improved efficiencies, but reduced errors from manual repetitive tasks.

I am a cardiologist and coach. I have been a TextExpander user for many years. Using it for various automation purposes in my healthcare related correspondence, inserting certain types of standard pieces into letters, using more complex terminology, sending invoices, using different signatures. In the new era of AI I love it to insert various prompts - it’s like a magic!
