Setting First day of the week in Date Picker

Is there a way to set the first day of the week for the Date Picker. Mine always starts on a Sunday but would prefer it to be a Monday as most the other Date Pickers that I encounter use that as the first day. Also my system settings under Language & Region have Monday set as the first day of the week. Can’t see anything one the TextExpander preferences to do this.

I’d also like to change it to Monday, like it is set in region settings on macOS.
