Biggest challenge is understanding some of the more complex functions associated with Text Expander.

I use very basic snippets - file numbers and short email replies. I do not take advantage of any advanced features.

Our team (InfoSec Analysts) love using the snippets as templates for our tickets. It keeps our log responses uniform between team members.
