I’ve just taken a look at your account, and I noticed you’re using our discontinued version of the iOS app. We’ve made some updates and have a newer version in beta that has more reliable expansion on iOS. I do want to note, though, that there are still a few limitations due to iOS restrictions that we’re still working through. For example, snippets with clickable URLs still aren’t expanding.
If you’d like to try the newer version to see if you have more luck:
Navigate to https://testflight.apple.com/join/vKrjNFUr
Install TestFlight, which will allow you to install our TextExpander Keyboard Beta.

Quick tips:
Once you’ve downloaded TestFlight, go back and select the link above, it will automatically take you to the TextExpander Beta.
If you are seeing a prompt to enter a code, please cancel that prompt, minimize TestFlight, then click on the link above and this should connect you to the beta.
