We’ve just made an update to Requests to help speed up the process for everyone in your organization.
What’s new
When submitting a Snippet request, organization members can now include the full Snippet content, including text, formatting, abbreviation, and labels, exactly as they want it to appear in the shared library.
Why it matters
For requestors: You can submit the exact Snippet you know you need. No more hoping an admin or curator interprets your request correctly, and no more back-and-forth to get it just right. Start a request today by opening any Organization Snippet Group and clicking the “Request Snippet” button.
For admins and curators: Your queue just got a lot more actionable. Requests arrive complete and ready to review, so you can spend less time drafting content and more time keeping your library clean, consistent, and high-quality. See how to manage requests assigned to you here.
