We have many customers in healthcare, and the backbone of any healthcare job is your EHR software. What, in your opinion, is the best EHR? What do you like about it?
FYI, TextExpander is HIPAA compliant for secure communications in whatever EHR you use.
One that doesnt limit your input. Office Ally serious limitations and lot of work arounds.
Hi, Thomas, do you find TextExpander useful to work around Office Ally’s limitations?
It certainly helps especially my transcriptionist. She has to be creative.
Also when working with other transcriptionist it becomes a hassle.
The only thing that text expander might at some point in the future be able to do would be to limit the character account in each section so that we could put limits on it if we wanted
It would be key to be able to override and let it have no limit and notifying us when we are over the limit because no one‘s going to want to close up text expander and then restart from the beginning and having to do all of the work again. Essentially, I think it’s just a very poor design and if it’s extensive it should steal then go to the next page where it could put all of the additional information, but it’s just a hard set limit and patient histories. Don’t always cooperate with that.
