For some time, I have had intermittent issues with snippets failing to respond on occasion in X when using the Vivaldi browser. Since I can easily paste manually it’s not a huge issue, and doesn’t happen all the time.
The same can’t be said for using the iOS Substack app. Either the snippet completely fails to paste or it pastes over preceding text. Since I use my iPad almost as much as I do the browser on the laptop, to say this is frustrating is an understatement. Does anyone else have this issue, or am I just specially blessed?

The Vivaldi issue on your laptop seems to be a recurring issue; the browser pops up intermittently as not working well with TextExpander. (We’ve submitted a few tickets to Vivaldi for other sites so far.) If you want to reach out to us at support@textexpander.com, we can collect logs to see if we can remedy the Vivaldi issues.
For the iOS Substack question, are you referring to using Substack on your mobile/tablet, or your Mac laptop? It doesn’t look like you’re using our beta (just the old, discontinued version of iOS 4.6.5). You can find instructions on how to download that here: https://textexpander.com/mobile
