When will we finally get a decent iPad Keyboard for Germany?

The german iPad Textexpander Keyboard i still missing four Keys that are important:

A-Umlaut, O-Umlaut, U-Umlaut and Eszett, all on the right side of the keyboard.

When will this be corrected?
